Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher for a remote position on the 2nd shift from 1pm to 7pm ET, Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatches all service orders to field personnel within fifteen minutes of order entry
• Documents changes to orders and coordinates estimated arrival times with technicians and facilities
• Handles scheduling, reassignments, and assists with inbound customer service calls as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to communicate clearly and confirm messages effectively
• Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
• Must have a private workspace and high-speed internet connection
