Required Qualifications

• High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in a customer service-related field
• Ability to work in a structured environment and follow protocols
• Experience using Microsoft Office and multitasking with multiple computer windows
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment, including online training and interactions
