Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Customer Service Representative PBO.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and provide assistance to resolve billing and payment issues
• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
• Reconcile account balances and pursue payments while ensuring maximum reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Knowledge of patient financial services or insurance industry processes, typically acquired through one or more years of experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and work independently
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans, deductibles, and co-insurances
• Proficiency in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
