Remote Credits and Refunds Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Credits and Refunds Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit balances and issue refunds for customers
• Demonstrate expertise in reimbursement and cash management workflow
• Work remotely while being available for in-office meetings or training as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant policies and regulations
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in technology, including Excel and Office tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
• Minimum of two years of experience in medical or healthcare-related payment entry or equivalent accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology is preferred but not required
