Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to verify account information and assist with invoice requests and EZ Pay enrollment
• Address customer issues such as incorrect addresses or account inquiries
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow up as needed based on assigned daily call batches

Required Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable making 20 calls per hour based on hours worked
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
