Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Credentialed Veterinary Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming cases regarding potential toxic exposures and provide accurate medical information to pet owners
• Document each case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary for animal well-being
• Manage cases under pressure while communicating effectively with distressed pet owners

Required Qualifications

• Active CVT/LVT/RVT License with at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic/hospital
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, and common software
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to IT requirements for remote work
