Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups
• Resolve member or provider concerns and document information on the billing system
• Investigate complaints related to billing, claims, or service, and escalate as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
• Must successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test
• Successful completion of a background check is required
