Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing/Scheduling Associate II (Remote) in the Neurology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules and registers patients over the phone, obtaining insurance information and counseling on financial assistance
• Communicates with physicians and clinical staff to assist with scheduling urgent or referred patient requests
• Explains billing processes to patients and staff while assisting with basic account maintenance activities
