Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Floating BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various assessment tools
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents

Required Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required
• Demonstrated success working as a remote BCBA
• Preferred licenses in AZ, VA, and TX
• Willingness to work flexible hours until 6 PM in designated time zones
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using ABA
