Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Therapist LCSW, LPC, LMFT.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health intake evaluations and document relevant patient history and symptoms
• Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy interventions tailored to patient needs and maintain timely documentation
• Coordinate referrals and services to meet patient needs and collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• Three years of face-to-face experience working with patients
• Valid license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT from the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners, upon hire
• Experience in providing evidence-based therapy interventions
• Ability to perform independent evaluations and manage complex patient cases
