Regulatory Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Risk & Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee regulatory change management for small business insurance products to ensure compliance with state requirements
  • Manage the quality control program to mitigate risks through effective testing and monitoring activities
  • Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals while ensuring effective communication regarding regulatory activities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
  • 5+ years of regulatory/compliance experience in the commercial insurance industry
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Familiarity with Workers' Compensation and Comprehensive Auto insurance policies is a plus
  • Knowledge of the insurance claims lifecycle and relevant state guidelines preferred
