Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Provider Enrollment Specialists, overseeing daily tasks and development
• Monitor workload queues to ensure timely completion of enrollment tasks and manage escalated issues
• Maintain compliance with payer requirements through accurate submission and tracking of enrollment applications

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations in a healthcare environment
• 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• In-depth knowledge of CMS, State Medicaid, and commercial payer application requirements
• Strong understanding of credentialing components such as DEA, CV, NPI, and CAQH
