Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse Coach-RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coordination of program services and quality assurance
• Facilitate patient care coordination, education, and psychological support
• Evaluate clinical services and recommend process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes
• Basic understanding of clinical licensure rules and compliance
• Technologically proficient with skills in managing complex data and reports
