Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep-Remote-OVERNIGHT.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer phone calls and emails, managing inquiries and service requests
• Open service requests and sales orders, ensuring timely closure and updates in Salesforce
• Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel and manage order processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of applicable work experience
• Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks
