Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Executives to drive sales performance across multiple verticals
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and sales objectives
• Engage with C-level executives and lead initiatives for customer awareness and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• Proven experience in leading Enterprise Account Executives
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in sales coaching
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
