Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist - Remote Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone or online chat and assist with enrollment
  • Support the sales department during high call volume periods and conduct outbound calls to prescreen sales leads
  • Update internal databases with customer information and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
