Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the CD team within the defined geography
• Strategically target and execute new business prospects, focusing on operators and distributors
• Manage the execution of the UFS Annual Operating Plan and cultivate relationships with distributors and restaurant executives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in foodservice or equivalent required
• Branded executional experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of sales growth
• High degree of business and financial acumen
