Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive software sales in Korea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for assigned territory
  • Build and manage key relationships with existing customers and drive upsell deals
  • Prospect target customers, qualify opportunities, and conduct presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • 10 or more years of relevant software or SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products is highly preferred
  • Expansive network including potential target customers and partners
  • Language skills: English and Korean
