Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, with 4+ years in management
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• 2+ years in recruiting operations or process optimization
• Experience leading geographically dispersed recruiting teams
• Skilled in using data and analytics to drive decisions
