We are looking for a Senior Manager, People, to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for providing holistic HR support for our Operations population, which primarily consists of our warehouse employees, drivers, General Managers, and Operations leadership. In this role, you will work with your business partners to identify and address workforce needs, consult on performance management, enhance workforce effectiveness, support employee safety, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and foster employee engagement and retention, among other things.
This role will support our Northeast Region, with a particular focus on the largest warehouse in our network, which is located in the Newark, New Jersey area. This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work in person at our NJ warehouse 3+ days per week, and may be asked to travel to other warehouses periodically as needed.
