Recovery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Associate Remote (Part - Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with compliance through inbound and outbound communication
• Follow up on payment plans and settlements in a timely manner
• Organize and prioritize daily work to meet departmental goals and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated to meet department goals
• Availability to work specified hours, including Monday and Friday AM and Tuesday - Thursday PM CST
