Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Refunds Specialist responsible for managing refunds to insurance companies and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle refund requests in a timely manner
• Post and record refunds accurately
• Communicate with attorneys, no fault insurances, worker's compensation, and the Veterans Administration as needed

Required Qualifications

• Cash Posting or Refunds experience is required
• Strong mathematical ability
• Ability to read and understand Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
• Experience in handling refunds is helpful
• Dependable and punctual
