Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Assistant - High Risk OB Home Care - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality care delivery
• Assist in managing patient interactions and maintaining accurate documentation
• Utilize technology and software to facilitate communication and data management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience with problem analysis and resolution
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to navigate a computer for data entry and communication
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
