Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
• Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure accurate onboarding of merchant customers
• Regularly audit merchant accounts for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in payment processing
• In-depth knowledge of TSYS and/or PPM, Fiserv
• Knowledge of merchant pricing
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
