Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of network contractor repair estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Verify documentation and use of estimating software, and compile estimate revision requests while interacting with network contractors
• Document review activities in internal systems and maintain knowledge of relevant guidelines and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of four years experience in the construction industry or property adjusting
• Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT and ASD) and HAAG training
• Xactimate Level 2 certification
• Highly proficient in advanced computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
