Key Responsibilities

• Engage in litigation, including writing briefs and collaborating with outside counsel
• Draft legislation and provide legal support for advocacy efforts
• Participate in public speaking, media interviews, and organize events related to the organization's campaigns

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and membership in good standing in a state bar
• 3+ years of experience in public interest law
• Dedication to public interest work and strong intrinsic motivation
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex legal issues independently
• Preferred experience in constitutional law, social justice, and/or election law
