Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage provider credentialing information within the Revenue Cycle team.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for all carriers
• Resolve provider enrollment issues and update address changes with payors
• Support documentation and maintain physician credentialing records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, including major payors
• Knowledge of CAQH and credentialing software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
• Experience managing detailed information and data analysis
