Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Member Engagement Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between health plan members, providers, and the Member Engagement team
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and manage data tracking for member interactions
  • Meet departmental goals for customer service, quality, and productivity


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or two years of relevant work experience
  • Previous appointment scheduling and/or call center experience required
  • High volume outbound calling experience preferred
  • Experience with call center technology systems and Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
