Provider Activation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Activation Consultant to support the management and integration of policies and procedures related to provider activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider research requests and generate leads using Salesforce
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency in provider research processes
• Support provider outreach and manage activation and deactivation requests within the system

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare coordination or data analytics
• Experience reviewing data sets and making recommendations based on organizational criteria
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• High school diploma required; BS is a plus
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
