Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and evaluate requirements while collaborating with customers and stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions for complex business functionalities and lead customer support through demos and presentations
• Identify gaps in product requirements and develop integrated solutions aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of business analysis or related experience
• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid Member Eligibility and Enrollment and/or Medicaid Managed Care
• 5+ years of experience on large complex projects in Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in the Healthcare Domain with knowledge of Core Claims and/or Provider Management Systems
• Experience leading teams and facilitating customer-facing requirements and design sessions
