Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to support insurance operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the external licensing program, ensuring all partners maintain current licensing
• Maintain compliance for external partners in alignment with operational and legal requirements
• Support the Contract Management Program and assist in designing compliance programs across the company

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in insurance compliance or related fields
• Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with willingness to pursue licensing in all states
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with compliance audit processes and contract management
