Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle complex deals, managing escalations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ad sales legal counsel, particularly in media and entertainment
• Experience from both sales and legal perspectives is beneficial, with a focus on the sales side
• Proven track record of negotiating complex deals with ad agencies
• Ability to work independently and manage escalations effectively
• Experience working remotely within the US time zone
