Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project execution in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining project routines, documentation standards, and collaboration tools
• Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting notes
• Help organize and track project tasks, signoffs, and related documentation workflows

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of coordinator-level experience required; financial services or operations support experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools is highly desired
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structured documentation
