Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Two years of supervisory or related project management experience
• Three years of experience in healthcare, call center, business, financial, or insurance-related fields
• Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
• Strong emotional intelligence and customer service skills
