Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of large-scale and strategic client projects
• Collaborate with clients to capture and document their requirements and ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading client-facing implementation projects
• Demonstrated experience overseeing the implementation of complex software solutions, preferably in SaaS or health tech
• Strong understanding of software implementation best practices
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
