Key Responsibilities

• Identify improvement initiatives to reduce costs and grow revenue, focusing on the GIS platform
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with organizational goals
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, GIS, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience with ESRI products or knowledge of software development best practices
• Proven experience as a program manager handling multiple projects exceeding $1M
• Experience in the Wind Renewable Energy sector
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
