Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional delivery and execution in partnership with Engineering
• Own launch execution readiness including stakeholder alignment and release notifications
• Drive operational rigor, including reporting, dashboards, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years experience in a technical program management or engineering leadership role
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and scaled delivery methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
• Track record of delivering complex technical programs in regulated industries
• Preferred qualifications include healthcare or Health IT experience and relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma)
