A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech to support a global sales organization and enhance partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
• Consolidate meeting notes and summaries, driving action items to completion
• Analyze partner performance data and manage program assets and resources

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with channel partners
• 5+ years of experience with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• 5+ years of experience creating and presenting impactful presentations
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
