Program Manager, IRA Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the IRA PWA service offering, ensuring alignment with standards and financial goals
• Collaborate on sales enablement, manage onboarding of new engagements, and identify opportunities for account growth
• Oversee financial management, including P&L, revenue forecasting, and budget tracking for assigned business

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in consulting or program management in renewable energy, construction, or professional services
• Working knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements
• Experience managing complex client engagements, including oversight of staffing, timelines, and budgets
• Ability to operationalize regulatory frameworks within client programs for compliant delivery
• Experience overseeing financial health of programs, including budget tracking and performance reporting
