Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate day-to-day change activities, ensuring adherence to change management policies
• Support the implementation and improvement of standardized change management workflows
• Assist with change risk assessments and maintain accurate change documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in the telecom, cable, or technology industry
• 2 years of experience in Change Management or IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Familiarity with change management principles and best practices
