Program Manager, Global Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Commercial Operations, Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end release cycle for quarterly system enhancements and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Assist in the intake of requirements for new product introductions and collaborate with various teams to ensure system alignment
• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support system changes and facilitate stakeholder coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management focused on commercial operations or business systems
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into system specifications
• Demonstrated expertise in managing system release cycles, including UAT and stakeholder coordination
• Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial best practices
