A company is looking for a Project Director to lead strategic initiatives in steelhead conservation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project vision and strategies in coordination with the Design Team
• Manage relationships with funders and oversee project budget and financial reporting
• Evaluate member group engagement and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and passion for steelhead conservation
• Experience in developing and managing programs or projects from inception
• Experience working in an NGO setting and managing staff or advisors
• Proven success in fundraising and managing organizational operations
• Education or certification relevant to the project scope
