PMO Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Manager to lead a team of program and project managers responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program and project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Own and evolve the project portfolio management (PPM) framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Deliver timely and actionable portfolio status reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 7-10+ years of experience managing complex programs and projects in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven experience leading project portfolio management functions and tools
• Strong expertise with Atlassian tools, especially Jira Software and Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps)
• Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, CAPM, CSM, CSPO, SAFe 5 or equivalent
