Program Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the program and supervise staff
• Develop and monitor program metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Conduct team meetings and assist in training and development of employees

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead and develop a successful team
