Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Data & Analytics programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted, single source of truth for KPIs and maintain data repositories
• Drive a shift toward data-informed decision-making and secure leadership sponsorship
• Enforce data security and simplify access while ensuring compliance and governance

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in program management, preferably in Data, Analytics, or AI
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs focused on data governance and stakeholder alignment
• Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI/ML models
• Experience managing technology change and business process transformation
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
