Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage innovative systems to enhance data efficiency and manage alumni impact
• Design, coordinate, and execute major alumni initiatives and events
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Global Community Engagement and maintain alumni communication systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience, including internships or fellowships
• Experience as an alum of the program is preferred
• Strong tech fluency with tools like MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
• Experience in planning and managing online events and communities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
