A company is looking for a Freight Broker Agent to expand its Agent Program and support entrepreneurial independents in growing their Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scale multi-modal transportation management services
• Utilize internal automated pricing tools and TMS for operational support
• Access and manage relationships with over 60,000 carrier partners

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight brokering or freight sales
• A current book of business with actively shipping customers
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth
• Willingness to engage with ongoing training and support
