Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payment Posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees Payment Posting Department operations, including staff management and training
• Plans and evaluates departmental objectives and performance metrics
• Compiles reports for senior management and conducts regular team meetings for improvement suggestions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• At least four (4) years of revenue cycle experience preferred
• At least two (2) years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• At least two (2) years of posting experience preferred
