Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Manager in executing and refining onboarding, due diligence, and investigation processes
• Manage the investor and partner onboarding workflow, including document review and risk flagging
• Act as a key internal contact for compliance operations, identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with crypto compliance operations, including KYB onboarding and blockchain investigations
• Strong understanding of corporate onboarding workflows and beneficial ownership checks
• Practical knowledge of AML compliance frameworks and transaction monitoring
• Excellent organizational skills and experience maintaining structured documentation
• Ability to manage tasks and timelines within a globally distributed team
