Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation & Process Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, overseeing launch and post-launch activities
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain strategic alignment and communicate project status
Required Qualifications
  • Strong background in process improvement/optimization (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end program/project delivery
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience in tech companies (e.g., Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, PayPal) is highly valued
  • Background in Trust & Safety or Operations Excellence is a plus
